The Opportunity Are you ready to play a critical role in the construction of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? Sizewell C Ltd is seeking two dynamic Site Nuclear Compliance Officers to join our Compliance Team at our construction site in Suffolk. Sizewell C Ltd, backed by the UK Government, is a new nuclear build power station, and once built is dedicated to providing low carbon electricity for over 6 million homes. As the SZC project advances through its construction, installation, and commissioning phases, we need your expertise to uphold our high standards of compliance.

You'll engage in both desk-based work and active onsite inspections to ensure compliance standards are met. Compliance assessments, monitoring site activities, producing monthly compliance dashboards, and facilitating self-assessments for compliance by responsible managers will be key elements of your role. You'll also be instrumental in educating and mentoring the Sizewell C staff and contract partners on compliance obligations, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

The Skills We are looking for candidates with experience in auditing (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001), and a background in an engineering or construction environment. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Join us in making a lasting impact on the UK's energy future while advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative team. If the above sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you!
