What you will do: Assess and treat adults with acquired neurological conditions such as stroke, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia. Work in both domiciliary and outpatient settings to reach and support a diverse range of clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Provide education and training to patients and carers to facilitate effective communication strategies. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to maximise outcomes.

Requirements: HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist with a minimum of 18 months experience working with adults with acquired neurological disorders. Community experience is essential. A car driver is preferable to efficiently cover various community settings.
