We are looking for a dedicated SEN 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. As a SEN TA, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and assistance to students facing behavioural difficulties.
Responsibilities: Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions effectively. Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to help students make positive choices.
Requirements: Experience working with students with behavioural needs. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy. Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations. Understanding of behaviour management strategies.
