Contract: Permanent Salary: £11.44 per hour, 15 hours per week

Working with a brilliant team at Culinera, you will join our mission to feed the future with tasty, healthy food. You will work in the school kitchen, supporting the chef to deliver lunch to our primary school customers. We cook all of our food using fresh and raw ingredients; therefore you will be involved in food preparation, baking, serving at lunchtime, and washing up as directed by the Chef. We are looking for somebody to cover the lunchtime period, working from 11am to 2pm. This job is for 15 hours per week, term time only. Most importantly, you will work as part of a team to ensure lunch is delivered on time. You will be trained in the safe handling of food, health and safety, safeguarding, and best kitchen practices. We like to work hard and have fun. You will be on your feet for the full shift, so you need to be comfortable with this and be happy to increase your step count! All we ask for is a can-do positive attitude. If you bring this, we can train and support you with the rest. Experience working in a kitchen or food preparation is beneficial but not necessarily essential; anyone can do this job, and it is truly one of the best jobs in our company. We offer NVQ training and apprenticeships if you would like to develop your skills.
