Role: Asset Maintenance Solutions Field Service Engineer Contract: Permanent Location: Dorchester As a Briggs Asset Maintenance Solutions Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Adhering to safety guidelines set and all policies set out by customers and Briggs Equipment The service and maintenance of Diesel, Petrol and Electrically powered Small Plant, Agricultural and Ground Care Equipment Attending Breakdowns, Fault Finding, and completing planned Preventative Maintenance Ensuring customer service is kept to a high level and addressing any queries Completing job activity electronically and ensuring all required parts to complete tasks are ordered Maintaining the company vehicle to a high standard and ensuring it has the correct parts stock Maintaining and developing customer relationships through high standards of service As an Asset Maintenance Solutions Field Service Engineer, you will demonstrate: Relevant technical qualification Previous experience within a similar role Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles The ability to work independently and under pressure The ability to manage and prioritize workload Understanding of customer needs As an Asset Maintenance Solutions Field Service Engineer, you will command: A base salary from £36,934pa based on a 40 hour working week Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday A vehicle available for private use if desired (tax to be paid) About Us Briggs Equipment is an engineering services and asset management specialist with its people core to everything that it does.
