This is an ongoing opportunity that allows you to bring your skills in Discharge Planning and acute inpatient Trauma and Orthopaedics ward experience to a dedicated team. You will be part of the Trauma and Orthopaedic Therapy and multidisciplinary teams, providing essential Physiotherapy services to patients on trauma and elective wards, aiding their recovery and ensuring timely discharges.

What you will do: Provide advanced Physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients post-trauma and elective procedures, facilitating smooth and efficient discharges. Collaborate with the Trauma and Orthopaedic Therapy and multidisciplinary teams to deliver a high standard of care. Design and implement patient-specific treatment plans to optimise recovery outcomes. Offer expert guidance and education to patients and staff regarding physiotherapy processes and recovery stages. Engage in discharge planning, ensuring a seamless transition for patients leaving the ward.
