You will come in as a senior recruiter or team manager, overseeing a small group of high performing 360 recruiters. You will be responsible for managing a full 360 recruitment desk, securing new business, and recruiting and interviewing new candidates on a weekly basis. An ability to lead, motivate, and organise a team of sales recruiters. Experience Requirements
You will have a couple of years of 360 recruitment experience as a minimum and either currently be at senior consultant level, looking to make the next step to a manager role, or already be in a managerial position looking to join a rapidly growing business. Being proactive and commercially aware is also important. You will have a proven track record within the recruitment industry and be able to show your experience in overseeing recruiters. 25% commission. Individual quarterly bonuses.
