Link3 Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative activities that promote early childhood development. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development. Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for all children. Work in partnership with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a supportive network. Ensure all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met. Essential Requirements:

Level 2 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or higher. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. More than 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about child development and learning. Benefits:
