Required experience: 6+ years of Information Technology experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical with good knowledge on Payroll, Compensation, Absence and benefits modules At least experience of 2 projects in PeopleSoft HCM domain and experience of at least a full life cycle implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft applications (v9.2) Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for FSCM Domain Strong experience in handling PeopleSoft Technical work related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development, testing and production rollout. Strong hands on experience in PeopleSoft Development Tools Application Broker, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Designer, PS Query, People Code, etc. Strong knowledge on PeopleSoft Application Broker and application packages along with hands on experience on creating Technical/functional design documents
