Senior Procurement Manager covering a generalist range of procurement categories within a global industry-leading Hospitality organisation. Based in Central London with a flexible approach to working. Salary ranges between £65,000 - £70,000 + an excellent benefits package inc. Bonus.

This globally renowned hospitality organisation, with over £2 billion in revenue, has been undergoing a

holistic transformation of its global procurement function

which has led to the creation of this exciting new Senior Procurement Manager role. This is a

pivotal position where you’ll have the ability to support and shape the direction of this ever-growing procurement function

into the future.

Within this dynamic position,

each day will be different from the next

where you’ll be responsible for leading end-to-end strategic procurement activities across a diverse range of procurement categories, from FM procurement and Marketing procurement to IT procurement and Food procurement.

This is a very

unique developmental procurement opportunity where you’ll have extensive opportunities for future progression and development,

due to the size, structure and scope of this organisation and the exciting plans for the procurement function and future procurement strategy.

Senior Procurement Manager responsibilities… Take lead on a diverse range of day-to-day strategic procurement activities

across varied procurement categories, including but not limited to strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation and tender management; continuously incorporating ESG considerations. Autonomously consolidate the diverse supplier base,

predominantly in relation to a generalist range of indirect procurement categories alongside some direct procurement, with a varied case-by-case approach in terms of maximising value or delivering savings through excellent supplier management and negotiation. Continuously undertake excellent stakeholder relationship management

in terms of providing effective mentorship to your direct reports and facilitating continuous cross-departmental collaboration.

Senior Procurement Manager requirements… Strong success across the end-to-end procurement function covering differing indirect procurement categories, such as Facilities Management procurement, Marketing procurement, IT procurement and/or Professional Services procurement (some direct procurement exposure would be beneficial). Ability to demonstrate strong technical procurement abilities in relation to negotiation and contract management. Desire to work within a dynamic environment where you’re passionate about identifying exciting procurement opportunities.
