Tower Hamlets , you’ll be responsible for: Leading a team with a clear focus on maximising the customer experience. Setting and cascading appropriate targets to the branch team and ensuring effective processes are in place. Building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. Overseeing daily branch operations, with full accountability for KPIs, sales and margin, cost control, and P&L. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Plumbing and Heating industry experience.
