Role Overview: Lead design, transformation and adoption team to execute the Cybersecurity Service Management 'Customer - Led' Strategy with the purpose to transform Cybersecurity into a robust service-led organisation. Lead service management projects to build, embed and mature service management capabilities across 5 core strategic pillars:

Responsibilities:

Lead design, transformation and adoption team, driving the pace, quality and achievement of target outcomes. Focus on driving the adoption of the target operating model using data insight from Service & Financial Performance Reporting dashboard. Build relationships with three key personas: Cybersecurity Service Owners, EXCO and Business Stakeholders to realise the defined target operating model goals. Ensure all change management and business readiness tasks are developed, signed-off and executed for each solution (e.g., training, documentation, communications and go-live support). Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions before making solution design recommendations. Develop solutions that achieve clear business goals, outcomes, and realise target key results, which are agreed, tracked, realised and signed-off. Bring structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, using a data-led approach.

Minimum Requirements: Ability to build relationships with key personas: Cybersecurity Service Owners, EXCO and Business Stakeholders. Ability to understand both technical service delivery and business targets to drive successful outcomes. Experience in leading a global team to deliver transformation at scale. Experience of leading projects, agreement of goals and target key results, project planning and end-to-end delivery. Strong facilitation skills with the proven ability to manage meetings and forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams. Strategic thinking supported by strong business analysis skills to develop robust service design solutions that are fully documented to the quality standards expected.
