We have an amazing role available for an

SRA Manager

to join us here at Mars! You will focus on our thriving Health and Wellness segment, working with incredible brands such as KIND and trüfrü as well as many others in the future. Bringing your SRA experience and creativity to the role, you will get to use these skills to co-create the future ways of working for the business.

We would love for you to come from a similar role within the Food Industry and want to get stuck into a new challenge within a growing market where you have the freedom to own the process and work in an agile way. You'll also be an expert in the regulatory compliance of ingredients, labelling, products and packaging, as well as risk assessments and horizon scanning.

What are we looking for? Proven experience in a Regulatory Role within the Food Industry. Risk assessment experience. Horizon scanning management experience. Experience in providing creative solutions to complex problems. Strong stakeholder management experience with internal and external partners. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Ideally, you will have experience running and leading projects.

What will be your key responsibilities?

SRA Systems maintenance management ensuring all processes are documented, documents are traceable, relevant, up to date end to end with version control management in place. Compliance Management for Ingredients, packaging, and product labeling. Projects support the management of all SRA actions. Risk Assessment Management. Support Claims and Messaging management. Support Horizon scanning management. Support SRA Standards deployment and maintenance.
