My client is one of the leading commercial fit out contractors in the UK with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to very high standards. They are well established and provide their services across the UK.
Job Role
They require a Site Manager to oversee a high-end office fit out and refurbishment with a duration of 10 - 12 weeks initially. The project involves a full internal strip out and fit out with high-end finishes. In addition to day-to-day management, you will need to maintain regular contact and communication with the building manager and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Experience Required
Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit outs preferred) SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates required Experience working on projects valued up to £1m plus Ability to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks Confidence in conducting site, client, and progress meetings Capability to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and within budget Ability to motivate sub-contractors and trades on site to achieve project milestones Coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders Production of regular and clear progress reports How to Apply If you believe you are right for this role and wish to apply, please upload your updated CV.
