We are looking to take on board an engineer to be based on a high-end multi-tenanted site in Bishopsgate, London. You will be part of a 2-man shift team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers plenty of overtime as well as various other benefits. Responsibilities: Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across a modern, high-tech office environment Ensure efficient operation of building services systems, with a primary focus on Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Replace and repair essential FCU components, including valves, actuators, and motors Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants Contact us to apply:
