Are you an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer seeking a new opportunity amongst an innovative team of Building Services experts? A dynamic and expanding consultancy in Essex is seeking a Building Services Engineer to contribute to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expertise in M&E within Healthcare and Education sectors. Assist in the mechanical engineering aspects of building services projects from initial concept through to completion. Collaborate with the engineering principal and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and project success. Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and best practices.

Skills and Experience required: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in building services engineering. Proficient using IES software. Familiar with building regulation, legislation, CIBSE guides and sustainability practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Have or be working towards chartership. Based in or around Chelmsford.
