Senior Building Surveyor
to join an independent engineering and surveying consultancy. This role offers excellent benefits, hybrid working and a competitive salary. As a
Senior Building Surveyor , you will be undertaking comprehensive building surveys and defects investigations. You will be based either in Leicestershire or Northamptonshire office. You will be responsible for: Conducting party wall surveys across diverse projects. Acting as principal designer for CDM commissions. Administering contracts and preparing specifications and schedules of work. Assisting with asbestos surveys and preparing construction management plans. Carrying out schedules of conditions and advising on dilapidations. Providing technical support for all aspects of building surveying disciplines. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Building Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or in a similar role. Ideally have a degree accredited by RICS in Building Surveying.
