Key Responsibilities Lead Multiple Projects: Oversee retail construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards are met. Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for prestigious blue-chip retail clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Strategic Oversight: Manage project planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery. Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, provide clear and accurate reporting, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Risk Management: Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines and budgets.

Ideal Candidate Proven Project Management Experience: Strong background in managing retail construction projects with a successful track record of delivering on time and within budget. Client-Side Expertise: Experience working in a client-facing role. Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and team coordination skills to drive projects forward and inspire your team. Professional Qualifications: Relevant project management and construction qualifications (e.g., Prince2, MRICS, or equivalent) are highly desirable. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to planning and risk management.
