The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a finance team that includes direct reports in the UK and indirect reports based in India. In this role, the Financial Controller will oversee the timely and accurate delivery of financial information, including month-end and year-end close processes, statutory accounts preparation, and financial audits.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial management, a strong understanding of UK and US GAAP, and proven leadership capabilities. They should have experience with budgeting and advanced Excel skills, as well as familiarity with SAP ERP systems. The ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial managers and a focus on improving financial processes will be highly valued.

To be considered, candidates must have a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a financial management role. Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, are essential. SAP ERP experience is preferred.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving results and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This is a senior managerial role, and we seek someone who can bring strong leadership to our finance team and support the company's continued growth.
