Junior Mechanical Project Engineer required for our client who are a leading Air Conditioning & Mechanical company that provide, design, installations, service and maintenance solutions for their clients. Due to the continues success and growth of the business they are now looking to recruit a Junior Mechanical Project Engineer to join their existing team at their head office in Billericay.
The Junior Mechanical Project Engineer will be based in or around the Essex area for an easy commute to the office in Billericay, and will be working alongside experienced Project/Contract Managers helping to manage Air Conditioning & Mechanical projects from £5K. As well as working from the office, you will also be tasked with travelling to and from commercial sites based in and around Essex & London. The sites will include Schools, Colleges, Universities and Public Sector Buildings.
The Junior Mechanical Project Engineer will need to hold a full UK driving license and should ideally come from a background within the Air Conditioning or Mechanical industry with a few years' experience. The client is willing to train and progress the successful candidate. This role is also suitable for graduates.
Junior Mechanical Engineer Position Overview
Predominantly working from the office in Billericay but also travelling across London and Essex visiting sites as and when required. Working mainly on commercial projects within Schools, Colleges, Universities and Public Sector Buildings. Working with experienced Project Managers on Air Conditioning projects. Junior Mechanical Engineer Position Requirements Full UK driving license. Willingness to learn and progress. Have HVAC & Mechanical understanding. Hold a Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent. Must be well-organised with good IT skills. Live within a commutable distance of the office in Billericay. Junior Mechanical Engineer Position Remuneration Competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. Availability to work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. 21 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Gym membership benefit. Travel reimbursement for site visits.
