Our innovative mobile application utilises smartphone cameras to deliver rapid and accurate diagnostic support to clinicians. We are seeking a talented and motivated React Native Specialist to join our team on a contract basis to enhance our mobile application. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and front-end interfaces using React Native and React. Design and optimise database schemas and queries in MySQL. Integrate with AWS services to support scalable and secure application architecture. Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration with the mobile application (built on React Native). Contribute to system architecture and API design. Skills and Experience Required:
Extensive experience with Node.js backend development. Proficiency in MySQL database design and optimisation. Strong understanding of AWS services and experience integrating with AWS. Strong React and/or React Native to support frontend-backend collaboration. Architectural Patterns: Microservices Authentication Providers: Cognito or similar providers Payment Integration: Familiarity with Stripe Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Desirable:
Previous experience in medical device or AI-driven applications. Understanding of compliance requirements for regulated software products.
