A leading global law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Tech Solicitor to join its highly regarded and award-winning Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) team in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor to work on a diverse range of high-profile commercial and technology matters, with minimal in-office requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on a broad range of non-contentious technology, outsourcing, and commercial contracts. Handle work in areas such as FinTech, payments, telecoms, and general commercial agreements. Manage relationships with high-profile clients, providing tailored and strategic advice on complex matters. Contribute to business development efforts and maintain a high level of client service. Required Experience:
A minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally with a background in tech or commercial law. Experience advising sophisticated clients, particularly in technology, outsourcing, or related sectors. Strong drafting and legal research skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dedication to personal and professional development. The Team:
