My client is a large multinational law firm with offices in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The banking & finance team’s expertise extends to corporate lending, leverage finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), and project finance. For this particular role, they are looking for someone with aviation finance experience. You will be working on the full transaction lifecycle, which includes financing, leasing, and restructuring of commercial and private aircraft in a wide range of locations such as the Middle East and Asia. Clients include investors, banks, airlines, and leasing companies. My client is looking for candidates from the 4 to 6 PQE mark for this role; candidates will ideally be E&W qualified, but they will consider those qualified in other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
