Our client has opened modern new offices and is seeking a skilled professionals to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
Handle a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
Provide exceptional client care, building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
Work independently while contributing to the collaborative success of the team.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
Strong knowledge of relevant legal processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
