The team is looking for a Senior Associate/Legal Director level hire with a clear route for career progression; this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The successful candidate will carry out a broad range of banking & finance work as well as growing the team, acting for major financial institutions, including a number of household names. The candidate will also be involved in marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be advising on mid-market secured lending transactions, including acquisition and leveraged debt, real estate finance, and asset financing (that includes an international element).
