Vice President of Pay

to lead our global payments strategy and drive innovation within Medius. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of our payment solutions and significantly impact our overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Product Management:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support, for our payment solutions. Market Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the payments industry. Customer Focus:

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and translate them into innovative product features. Partnership Development:

Foster strategic partnerships with key industry players, such as payment processors, banks, and financial institutions. Financial Performance:

Drive revenue growth and profitability for the payments offering within Medius. Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate payment risks. Payment Modalities including: US:

ACH, Virtual Cards, Checks, RTP, Wire Transfers, etc. Europe:

SEPA, Faster Payments, BACS, Virtual Cards, etc. Technical Knowledge and Skills: Payments Infrastructure:

Deep understanding of payment processing systems, payment gateways, and payment networks. API Integration:

Experience integrating with third-party payment providers and financial institutions. Security:

Knowledge of payment security standards and best practices, such as PCI DSS. Fraud Prevention:

Understanding of fraud prevention techniques and tools. Reconciliation:

Experience with payment reconciliation processes and tools. Payment Standards:

Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 20022, BAI, and SWIFT. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record in product management and leadership in the fintech/payments industry. Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including emerging technologies like digital wallets, mobile payments, and blockchain. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing. A passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
