Network Engineer - (2nd/3rd line) - Current CCNA - 40k pa - London Our consultancy client based in London is looking for an experienced CCNA Network Engineer to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for assisting other engineers with troubleshooting as well as mentoring the junior members of staff. You will implement technical projects and focus on client solutions, including 2nd / 3rd line troubleshooting and overseeing the voice network. You will also produce documentation for clients. It is expected that you will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Network Engineer within a dynamic environment. It is essential that you possess a current CCNA Certificate. In addition, you will have strong knowledge of the following: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CISCO, ITIL environments, and Firewalls. Useful experience will include Voice Networks, Wifi, LAN, WAN, and Cloud Networks / Virtualisation. The role is 3 days on-site or at a client's site and 2 days working from home.
