Supporting classroom teachers in delivering educational programmes Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties Supervising students during activities and breaks Assisting with classroom management and behaviour control Preparing and organising educational materials Assisting with assessments and maintaining student records Required Qualifications:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Enhanced DBS check Right to work in the UK Education:
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above) Experience:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of child development and learning processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification Training in safeguarding children Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment with children aged 5-11. The hours are typically Monday to Friday during school hours. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
