Currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Designer to join a bespoke luxury commercial retrofit team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse projects, where technical expertise, detailing ability and knowledge of building codes will be integral to delivering innovative, precise, and practical schemes. Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical drawings and execute precise design schemes that align with project goals. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex design challenges. Utilise Revit and AutoCAD to integrate 2D and 3D workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient project documentation (both equally important). Apply your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance across various project types and scales. Act as a confident communicator, engaging with clients and team members to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Requirements

A strong architectural education with experience in the commercial retrofit sector. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with additional knowledge of BIM being advantageous. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate concepts into bespoke designs. An aptitude for teamwork and collaboration, combined with excellent communication skills.
