Project planning and coordination including creating project timelines, identifying key deliverables, and allocating resources accordingly. Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for upcoming projects involving participating in meetings, responding to emails, or conducting site visits to assess the space. A significant part of your day will involve managing project budgets. You'll track expenses, compare costs against budget estimates, and identify any potential cost-saving opportunities involving using software systems to collate budget costs and generate financial reports. You'll liaise with suppliers to source furniture and materials required for the project involving obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet project deadlines. Proven experience in project coordination within interior design environments. Proficiency in budgeting and financial tracking, with experience in collating budget costs using software systems. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
