Registered Nurse
to join their fantastic inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward. Working within a close-knit team of experienced and highly-skilled clinical individuals, you will be responsible for actively participating in, supervising and maintaining the highest standard of care to our patients, as well as the wider departments, to ensure an efficient and seamless service is provided at all times and that we remain committed to providing 5-star service to everyone who walks through The Horder Centre doors. Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, this is a permanent role, offering flexibility to accommodate both part-time and full-time hours.
This role requires availability on days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts (enhanced rates of pay are offered for these periods). About you: You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert, showing excellent communication skills and empathy. RGN / NMC registered, with prior orthopaedic experience. Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held by The Horder Centre. Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your direct and wider teams. Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning. Ensure that your working ethic remains aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity and Pride. Please note that the salary shown on this advert is the full-time equivalent. Salary will be pro-rata in line with contracted part-time hours.
