We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team and help us expand our client base. Job Overview: As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the growth of our recruitment services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, improving sales performance, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and industry events. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and recruitment goals. Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop tailored sales strategies to target specific industries, ensuring the successful acquisition of new clients. Consultative Sales Approach:

Understand the client’s business model, culture, and workforce requirements to provide the most suitable recruitment solutions. Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services. Market Research:

Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to inform sales strategies and client acquisition efforts. Collaboration with Recruitment Team:

Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure the successful fulfillment of client staffing needs and to ensure client satisfaction. Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes, providing regular reports to management on key performance metrics and progress towards targets. Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry. Strong understanding of recruitment services and the hiring process. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in recruitment or HR services. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media channels for business development. A network of contacts within relevant industries is a plus.
