Forest Care Selection is currently working with a leading national care provider, who operate a number of specialist support services to individuals with Learning Disabilities. This unique provider is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for their established residential care home, based in Reading, Berkshire that delivers care and support to individuals with a Learning Disability, Autism and challenging behaviour. The Role:

As the Deputy Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the service. You will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, support staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in the overall management of the service. Supervise and support staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing to the best of their abilities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of individuals. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users. Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in a similar setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Senior Support Workers with supervisory experience who are looking to step up are encouraged to apply. What's On Offer:
