£11.50 per hour About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Food Production Operative to join our clients team in TF1, Telford. As a Food Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production, packaging, and quality control of our clients food products. This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment in line with safety standards. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products. Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Support team members and work collaboratively to meet production targets. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good communication skills and a team player attitude. Flexibility to work additional hours when required. Must be able to commute to work and back.
