The Social Care Department is actively seeking a Senior Support Worker to work within an award-winning service located in and around Preston. The service is a bespoke specialist service for people aged 6-19 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible. All the houses offer a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, quiet room, conservatory, meeting area, and activities room. This includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions while treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. You will help with their progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible, supported by a team of multi-professionals.
