Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting Solid understanding of child development and the ability to implement age-appropriate activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and be proactive in problem-solving A caring and patient nature, with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in an educational setting Be able to work a minimum of one full day per week Must either have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for a new one Benefits
