Health and Social Care Trainer (12 months secondment) (JR101442) Bristol, England
Salary: GBP16.05 - GBP16.05 per hour Key Results Summary Responsibilities Deliver online and in-person (across our services) quality training to meet learning outcomes and aligned to strategic and operational needs. Build training content and report on compliance via the online learning platform. Relationship building with colleagues and operational managers to help them achieve their KPIs and identify training needs. Undertake core training duties e.g. Induction & mandatory update days. Complete workplace assessments including observations and sign-offs of key competencies. Deliver existing courses and update as needed.
Skills and Experience Communication Advocate culture of communication and information sharing between team members. May involve others in resolving and discussing mutual problems. Written responses presented in range of formats. Exchanges and clarifies technical or complex info for diverse audience. Thinking Style Analyses facts and available information to resolve varied and non-routine problems. Plans and organises a range of interlinked activities and tasks. Aware of wider issues. Practical knowledge of delivering training to different learning styles. Skilled at writing up observations and delivering feedback. Experience of Kallidus LMS. Experience of health and social care sector. Delivery of core training for health and social care. Delivery of moving and handling of people training. Deliver training to divergent audiences from different sectors across the organisation.
