I am actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to have the opportunity to quickly become an integral member of their thriving team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will have a degree in Architectural Technology, boast technical excellence with proficiency in Revit, and have a proven track record at managing and leading projects from RIBA stage 3. Experience on defence and infrastructure projects is desirable. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Chartered Architectural Technologist:

MCIAT or close to professional membership Degree in Architectural Technology or similar degree Proficiency in Revit and ideally AutoCAD Demonstrable experience in the commercial and education sectors Supportive team player Liaise with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise Assist with overseeing and managing a small team Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to contribute to company growth Live locally to Nottingham Knowledge of BREEAM Ability to produce feasibility reports Capable of preparing tender and construction drawings
