£57,500+ depending on experience What you’ll be doing: Lead small projects or manage work packages within larger projects, ensuring successful delivery Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure customer and user needs are met while delivering financial and other key benefits Apply project management methodologies and tools, whether predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile), to deliver outcomes effectively Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on project approaches, prepare realistic plans, and track activities against schedules while maintaining stakeholder engagement Prepare detailed reporting dashboards and packs, provide accurate data, and generate insights to facilitate effective decision-making—both ad hoc and for routine governance meetings Consolidate expertise from various sources, including third-party specialists, to deliver cohesive advice that supports organisational objectives Support and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation Your skills and experiences: In-depth knowledge of project management policies, processes, procedures, and systems, with proven professional experience in managing projects Proficient in applying project management tools, techniques, and best practices Skilled at influencing internal stakeholders to drive business success Exceptional communication skills - oral, written, and presentation. Able to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences in both formal and informal settings Project management qualification, such as APM Experience in IM&T projects Closing Date:
