What you will do: Provide high-quality dietetic assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluations for patients Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement tailored nutrition plans Utilize your knowledge of Cerner Millennium EPR to maintain accurate patient records Educate and support patients and their families to promote long-term health and well-being Attend case discussions and ward rounds to contribute your expertise Develop and implement dietary strategies to aid in illness prevention and management Conduct nutritional assessments and revise care plans as required to meet the changing needs of patients Requirements: The successful candidate will be HCPC registered and hold a degree in Dietetics or equivalent. A UK Driving License and use of a car for work are essential, as you may need to travel between multiple sites. A minimum of two years of experience as a Dietitian is required. Familiarity with Cerner Millennium EPR is desirable but not essential.
