Senior Quantity Surveyor , you’ll join a highly experienced and supportive team of 10 professionals, working on an exciting range of projects across multiple sectors. From bespoke residential properties and estate regeneration schemes to commercial offices, industrial developments, infrastructure, education, and leisure, you’ll manage a variety of commissions valued between £50,000 and £100m+. This role will see you heavily involved from the inception of projects, contributing to viability studies, options appraisals, land acquisitions, planning, procurement, and construction. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering both new build and refurbishment schemes, often as part of larger, phased developments. Reporting to the Associate Director, you’ll lead on project delivery, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with other Senior Quantity Surveyors, Managers, and Directors to maintain the consultancy’s reputation for delivering outstanding client service. will have: A RICS-accredited degree qualification. Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy. Strong pre- and post-contract expertise, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to lead project delivery.
