For office based and hybrid roles, your commute to the place of work must be less than 1 hour. This is a temporary role, initially 5-6 months. Please do not apply if you are seeking a permanent position. Key Requirements: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite). Good all-round administrative ability. Numerical ability with attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering stores collection orders on to the computer system. Key Responsibilities: Assess the highway and transport implications of development proposals and processing of trade collection orders. Updating Excel databases. Invoice matching. Stock count entries and monitoring stores & procurement reports to support the team.
