Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Utilise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow to track progress and report on project status. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for project execution and management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications Proven experience in project management with a strong background in product development. CDM Qualification Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
