Senior Associate or Legal Director

to join its award-winning Family team, based in one of its South Coast hubs. This role is tailored to an accomplished family law professional who thrives on managing complex, high-value cases while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the strategic growth of a dynamic team. Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including high-net-worth and complex cases. Advising on divorce, financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, child arrangements, and other sensitive family issues. Leading on complex, high-value cases while mentoring and supervising junior team members. Contributing to business development efforts, leveraging existing networks, and cultivating new relationships to drive growth. Maintaining exceptional client service standards, ensuring discretion and empathy in handling sensitive matters. Impact of the Role
