Legal Contracts Negotiator
| BELFAST | HYBRID 3 days in the office per week - 2 days WFH | £370/day Inside IR35 | 12 Month Contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Contracts Negotiator to continue negotiating/reviewing legal agreements with internal/external customers to reach agreement on the contents of the clients legal documentation.
Your essential skills and experience will include: Extensive experience with negotiating commercial contracts including Master Agreements and associated key trading infrastructure documentation including collateral documentation is essential. Sound judgement and decision-making skills including ability to quickly assess points which are legal and those which are product or commercial. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Ability to work autonomously and with high volumes of work. Degree qualification in the discipline of law.
