We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the legal landscape of a cutting-edge AI and data company. You will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the business, providing comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Contracts:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and terms of service, ensuring favorable terms and minimizing risk. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local and international commercial regulations, such as competition laws and consumer protection, advising on business strategies to mitigate risk effectively. Corporate Governance:

Advise on board policies, shareholder relations, and regulatory compliance. Support corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring, including due diligence, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration. Intellectual Property:

Manage and safeguard the company's intellectual property portfolio, overseeing trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. Provide guidance on IP licensing, enforce IP protection, and address infringement risks or disputes. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate legal risks across the business, implementing compliance frameworks and staying abreast of regulatory changes. Dispute Resolution:

Handle dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, and settlements, collaborating with external counsel as needed. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams such as finance, marketing, HR, and senior management to ensure legal alignment with business goals. Foster clear communication and robust legal practices across the organization. Qualifications: Law degree from an accredited institution and qualified solicitor. Solid experience in commercial law, with a focus on technology and data privacy. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses.
