Highly competitive (Inside IR35) Contract Start Date - 1st March 2025 Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Offshore Installation Manager to join a leading offshore wind developer. This 12-month contract will involve delivering the cable package for a major offshore wind project. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the optimization of offshore installation contracts, logistics, and operations, including HAZOP/HAZID processes. Managing cable installation operations including load out, laying, pulling, and protection systems. Ensuring safe and efficient execution of offshore installation activities. During the execution phase, undertaking complete management of multiple service teams for installation, client correspondence for operations, and project delivery of documentation. Completing HV/Fibre Optic test & terminations campaign. Day to day planning, internal team management, coordinating vessel movements and daily operations with the client.
