Your main task will be to ensure weekly campaigns, promote a sales-oriented attitude, and create a positive, high-energy environment where your team thrives. Aligned with our JYSK Leadership Values, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the team on the store floor. You will train your colleagues in a customer-first attitude, how to determine customers’ needs, and add selling techniques.
