We are a clean and bright omni-channel operation, achieving excellent service and high standards through our amazing employees. We are looking for candidates who are natural leaders, who have experience of leading a team in any capacity, to complement our existing team. In our 640,000 sq ft DC we strongly believe in development and promotion; this is a great opportunity to join such a reputable brand in our world-class Distribution Centre as a Department Manager.
Whether you are new to DCs or familiar with the environment, it doesn't matter. We will provide you with a thorough induction and training as well as onsite HR and H&S support to introduce you to the way we do things.
The successful candidate will have a "can do" attitude and will ideally have management experience in a unionised logistics environment. Ideally, you would have had exposure to managing a team and certainly have experience of challenging behaviour to good effect.
