Contract | London, UK ESSENTIAL SKILLS | SAP Security & GRC Lead : Fluent English language skills (Written & Verbal) Proven expertise in SAP Security architecture and GRC solutions (SAP Access Control, Identity Access Governance) Hands-on experience with SAP role design, authorization management, and segregation of duties (SoD) Strong knowledge of SAP modules including S/4HANA and Fiori Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams Analytical mindset to conduct risk assessments and mitigate SAP security risks Collaborative approach to work closely with IT, Audit, Compliance, and Business teams DESIRABLE | SAP Security & GRC Lead : SAP GRC Process Control experience Knowledge of non-SAP security controls for cross-platform integration Familiarity with industry standards such as GDPR, SOX, or ISO 27001 Experience with SAP upgrades and migrations Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Background in designing secure cloud-based SAP solutions ROLE OVERVIEW | SAP Security & GRC Lead : Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking an SAP Security & GRC Lead to develop and oversee the SAP Security operations and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives across the enterprise. This role involves defining and implementing security strategies, configuring SAP GRC modules, and conducting risk assessments to ensure a secure and compliant SAP environment. The successful candidate will design and enforce robust security policies, manage user roles, and align security controls with business needs and compliance requirements. As a leader, you'll manage and mentor a team of SAP security specialists, ensuring high-quality performance and growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align security requirements and integrate innovative security solutions across the ecosystem. Additionally, this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in redesigning security roles and Identity and Access Governance across a cross-platform landscape, ensuring the organisation’s SAP systems remain secure, efficient, and compliant.
